About Position:
ARAMARK Healthcare is searching for a Food Service Manager at a well known hosptial in New Meixco. The Food Service Manager will plan, coordinate and manage the day to day food service operations, complying with the standards established by ARAMARK Healthcare, regulatory agencies and the client. Leads food service staff to ensure meals are properly prepared, plated, delivered to patients. Position will supervise all food operations including, production, retail, patient services and catering operations such as management of the diet office, tray line operations, host/hostess program, generation of production sheets, safety/sanitation, the cafeteria and it''s merchandising and cash management, scheduling, training, HR procedures and other duties assigned. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to patient/resident care. Level of impact is within own operation.

Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver strong operational performance by executing against ARAMARK Healthcare and regulatory agency standards and programs, continually monitoring operations, and completing assessments and necessary action plans to provide optimal food quality and meal service.
Drive patient and customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships through rounding.
Ensure compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.
Supervise, staff, train, conduct applicable rounding, and manage the performance of the food service supervisors and/or front line staff regarding food presentation, quality, cost control and cash handling.
Manage and control labor, resources, and materials to ensure quality, adequacy of supply, staffing levels, and cost service systems.
Utilize customer feedback to respond to customer/patient needs and to improve services.
Qualifications include: Bachelor''s degree in Nutrition or other food service related degree with 1 year of food service supervisory experience preferred. Healthcare experience a plus. Entry level college graduates will be considered preferrably having some supervisory or leadership responsibilities in past experiences. Ability to manage through conflict resolution. Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively with clients, customers of client and support staff with exceptional communication skills. Ability to write letters, summaries and reports, using prescribed format and conform to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Requires management and leadership skills and the ability to work with confidential employee, client and ARAMARK information. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. Must have proven leadership and organizational skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
