Lead the growth and direction of the shop.
Treated as a partner and entrusted with the full operational direction of the shop.
We are looking for strong manager for one of our locations.
Solid background of at least 3 years in people and operations management is a requirement.
Knowledge of the automotive service/tire industry, computer usage and being able to multitask imperative.
Procedural compliance as well as SALES GROWTH!!!.
Strong base salary, 50% employee paid insurance and outstanding BONUS PLAN.
Demanding both physically and in time commitment to meet goals.
